Waterways Commission aligns Rules with Bylaws, plans amendment revision

Scituate Waterways Commission unanimously approves aligned Rules and Regulations. Chair Dave Dinneen led the May 6 vote, passed 6-0, supporting revisions striking mooring van references, clarifying the $50 fine for improper moorings, and adding missing mooring specifications. The amendments also track worn equipment and incorporate the enterprise fee structure, while the Commission plans to revise the commercial fisherman definition for Fall 2026 Town Meeting after Annual Town Meeting tabled the original measure.
