Conservation Commission approves residential construction projects

Scituate Conservation Commission approves four home construction projects including septic repairs and additions. Chair Frank Snow and six commissioners voted unanimously to issue Orders of Conditions for septic repairs at 102 and 147 Humarock Beach Road and an addition at 2 Surfside Road. The commission voted 5-1 to approve a raze-and-rebuild at 430 Hatherly Road, with Commissioner Robbie Burgess dissenting over site concerns.

The commission continued four applications for further review and approved two Determinations of Applicability, including tree removal at 10 Village Lane.
