Conservation Commission approves North Scituate sewer expansion project

Scituate Conservation Commission unanimously approves four-mile sewer expansion extending municipal service to North Scituate. The Commission issued an Order of Conditions (DEP#068-3246) for the North Scituate Septic Expansion, authorizing 21,500 linear feet of new sewer mains and a pump station extending service from town center. Construction begins spring 2027 with final paving in spring 2029.

The Commission also issued Orders of Conditions for four residential projects and the invasive-management project at James Landing Condo Association, while continuing six applications for future review.
