SCITUATE — Commission approves two projects, continues hearings on four others amid major environmental review. The Conservation Commission issued Orders of Conditions for an addition at 11 Tenth Avenue and a new dwelling with septic at Bailey's Island, with the Bailey's Island applicant requiring separate filing for water-line installation. For the proposed 24-unit residential development on First Parish Road, Commissioners Robbie Burgess, Roger Carroll, Penny Scott-Pipes, and Brendan Collins pressed for information on fill quantities, building foundations, stormwater maintenance, and site access; Chair Frank Snow announced the commission will retain an independent peer reviewer for wetland impacts.
