Ten Scituate Property Transfers Recorded in September, Most Awaiting Sale Price Data

Scituate recorded 10 property transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only three carry a sale price so far: $485, $845 and $992, for a recorded median of $845. The remaining seven, including six that appear to be transfers within the same family or into a trust, have no price yet, consistent with the registry's typical reporting lag rather than any withholding. The period's top recorded sale was 35 Grove Street at $992. Sales were spread across 10 different streets with no overlap, and included one condominium unit and two transactions involving LLCs. With most prices still pending, it's too early to characterize the month's market tone from this data alone.
