Family and Trust Transfers Dominate Scituate's Latest Recorded Deeds
Ten deeds were recorded in Scituate between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but none had a posted sale price as of this report, so a price range and median cannot be calculated for the period. Nine of the 10 transfers show overlapping names between seller and buyer, consistent with trust or family-related transfers; the exception is 19 Pennfield Road, transferred from D Realty Trust Partnership LLC to Joseph Spinella Jr. Two of the 10 deeds were recorded on Lighthouse Road. With pricing data still pending across the board, the period's market tone cannot be assessed from this data alone.
