Nine properties sold in Scituate between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, according to Plymouth County Registry of Deeds records, but none of the nine deeds disclosed a sale price, so no price range or median can be reported this period. Notable transactions included an estate sale at 79 Collier Road to Nordhaven Property Ventures LLC, two intra-family trust transfers at 24 Vinal Avenue and 162 Central Avenue, and two separate sales on Vinal Avenue itself. One sale, a condominium unit at 2 Rachels Way, was the only transaction identified as something other than a standard house sale. With pricing undisclosed across every transaction, the data offers no basis to characterize the period as a buyer's or seller's market.
