Most Scituate Property Transfers Await Price Data From Registry
Thirteen Scituate property transfers were recorded between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but only two carry a price so far: $757 and $999, for a median of $878 among priced transfers. The rest are still awaiting registry price data, which typically posts within about a week of recording. The period's most notable pattern: eight of the 13 transfers moved property within the same family or into a trust rather than between unrelated buyers and sellers. Tilden Road had two recorded transfers, the only street with more than one. With most prices still pending, the data does not yet support a read on market tone.
