SCITUATE -- Ten property transfers were recorded in Scituate between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, according to Plymouth County Registry of Deeds filings, but only one deed disclosed a sale price: $820 for 76 Dreamwold Rd., sold by Kathryn K. Caplain to Scott E. and Lindsey Williams McLean as trustees. That figure also stands as the period's price range and median, though it reflects a single transaction rather than a market-wide sample. The remaining nine transfers, including a Walden Woods Condominium unit and several apparent family or trust reorganizations, carried no disclosed consideration. With price data this limited, the period's transaction count of 10 is the clearest indicator of activity available.
