Only two of nine Scituate deeds recorded a sale price in August
Nine property deeds were recorded in Scituate between July 31 and Aug. 6, but only two disclosed a sale price: $850 for 10 Dunster Lane and $880 for 8 Three Ring Road, a median of $865 between the pair. The other seven, on Central Avenue, Lighthouse Road, Station Street, Surfside Road, Neal Gate Street, Elaine Court and First Parish Road, listed price not disclosed. Four transfers moved property between parties sharing a surname or trust, including two trust-to-individual and one individual-to-trust conveyance. No street recorded more than one sale, and deed records did not include property type, beds, baths or square footage.
