A completed dendrochronology study of 22 wood-core samples indicates the main house dates primarily to the Georgian period (1750s), with some samples from the 1690s; electrical work is advancing with a purchase order for electrician Chris Cederholm, targeted to begin in late September with a four- to five-week timeline.
