Scituate Conservation Commission approves conditions on two residential projects

Scituate Conservation Commission approves orders for two residential projects. The board unanimously issued Orders of Conditions for a raze and rebuild project at 129 Kent Street and a septic system repair at 151 Glades Road located in a coastal storm flowage zone. Conservation Agent Jennifer Smith required conservation markers at Kent Street to delineate the wetland line.

Nine other Notice of Intent applications were continued to future meetings, pending peer review comments and applicant revisions.
