Conservation Commission approves conditions for two residential projects

Scituate board issues conditions for two homes, continues five project reviews. The Conservation Commission issued Orders of Conditions for 20 Mitchell Avenue and 18 Indian Trail, both involving single-family demolition and reconstruction outside primary buffer zones, with 6-0-0 votes. Five other Notice of Intent applications including 18 and 20 Country Way (multi-family building) and 83 Rebecca Road (coastal dwelling) were continued to dates ranging from April through June.

The commission also ratified an enforcement order and formally supported land donations at Tilden Road and Wheeler Avenue.
