Scituate conservation commission approves residential wetland orders

Scituate conservation commission approves environmental compliance orders for three residential wetland projects. Chaired by Frank Snow, the five-member panel voted 5-1 to approve an addition at 30 Standish Avenue, with Commissioner Robbie Burgess dissenting, while unanimously backing a dock relocation at 0 Central Avenue and an addition at 11 Park Avenue. The commission also issued a Negative 2 Determination of Applicability for retractable stairs at 248 Central Avenue.

The public hearing for a proposed dwelling at 0 Surfside Road was continued to May 4.
