SCITUATE — Conservation Commission approves deck expansion at Old Oaken Bucket Road development. Chair Frank Snow and commissioners Eric DiTommaso, Brendan Collins, and Penny Scott-Pipes voted 4-0 to close the hearing and issue an Amended Order of Conditions for 279-281 Old Oaken Bucket Road, allowing permeable decking on 18 of 24 single-family dwellings with no changes to the drainage system. The Commission also issued a Negative 3 Determination of Applicability for a town watermain replacement project slated to begin in fall along multiple streets including Clapp Road and numbered Avenues 4-7 and 10-11.
