Conservation Commission closes Turner Road hearing, approves Country Club reconstruction

Scituate Conservation Commission permits two residential projects, continues others. The commission voted 6-0 to close its hearing and issue an Order of Conditions for a residential reconstruction on Country Club Circle, and voted 5-0 to close its hearing on a barrier beach home rebuild at 164 Turner Road after public comment raised concerns about impacts to coastal resources including salt marsh and dune. Hearings on barn construction at 19 Clapp Road, an accessory dwelling at 30 Marshfield Avenue, a single-family dwelling at 0 Surfside Road, and dock relocation at 0 Central Avenue were continued to future dates.
The commission also voted 5-0 to issue a Negative 2 Determination of Applicability for driveway repaving at 67 Rebecca Road.
