Conservation Commission issues order of conditions for Crescent Avenue

Conservation Commission · Meeting of May 18, 2026

Scituate Conservation Commission issues order of conditions on Crescent Avenue. The commission voted unanimously to close the Notice of Intent hearing and issue an Order of Conditions for Charles Pollard's addition at 50 Crescent Avenue. In after-the-fact determinations, the commission voted 4-1 to approve construction at 264 Clapp Road despite Conservation Agent Jennifer Smith's documentation of violations in a 50-foot no-disturb zone; Member Penny Scott-Pipes cast the sole opposition vote.

Four additional residential development projects had their hearings continued through mid-June and early July.
