McDonough transferred the property to buyers Lauren Williams and George Pye. 19 Pennfield Road sold for $700 on July 7. The sellers were Richard K. Anderson Jr., individually and as trustee; the buyer was S Realty Trust Partnership LLC. 165 Summer Street sold for $650 on June 26. The seller, Adams Equity Partners LLC, transferred the property to Homerise Builders LLC. A Scituate property listed in the deed record without a street address sold for $550 on June 26, also from seller Adams Equity Partners LLC, to buyer Vellox Home Improvement LLC.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Country Way had two recorded transfers: 577 Country Way (Cathy F. Downing to Cathy F. Downing, trustee, price not disclosed) and 485 Country Way (William P. Monahan Jr. and Crystal Monahan to Katherine E. Goodwin and Mark Goodwin Jr., price not disclosed). No other street had more than one recorded transfer.
