Advisory Committee Approves Year-End Transfers, Revolving Fund Limit Hikes

Scituate Advisory Committee approves $583,000 in transfers and revolving fund limits. Finance Director Nancy Holt presented FY26 year-end transfers addressing unexpected costs tied to the Iran War, including $40,000 for facilities fuels and $60,000 for transfer station hauling; the Committee unanimously approved the transfers. The Committee also unanimously approved $410,000 in combined expenditure limit increases for five revolving funds: Beach Sticker ($120,000), Recreation Programs ($200,000), GATRA Transport ($75,000), Senior Center Food Service ($10,000), and SHCB Rental ($5,000).

The Select Board scheduled a vote on both measures for July 7.
