The board also awarded a $180,000 contract to Horsley Witten Group for year eight of mandated stormwater compliance work, approved a three-year contract with Fire Fighters Union Local 1464 carrying 3 percent annual raises and a new insurance opt-out payment of up to $6,000, and amended commercial pier rules requiring non-resident charter boats to pay load-unload fees "regardless of whether they use the town hoist." Town Administrator James Boudreau previewed a $151 million five-year capital plan, recommending $10.4 million for fiscal 2028 while rejecting a $4.2 million water tank request pending better cost estimates.
