Scituate Little League has crowned its spring season champions, headlined by a 10U softball squad's District 8 title.

SCITUATE -- Scituate Little League's website is spotlighting a run of season-ending honors following its spring season. The league is recognizing its 10U softball team as District 8 Champions. In the Farm division, Hoffman Property Management is listed as champion, while Gallagher Landscaping topped the Majors division. The league's site also features its Minors All-Star Game and Juniors All-Star Game, along with a "Queen of the Diamonds 2026" event, among its season highlights.

Looking ahead, the Scituate Basketball Association says registration for its 2026-27 winter travel season will open in September, with tryouts scheduled for the week of Oct. 20. The SBA said every player must attend both tryout dates for their grade level and bring a basketball and water, noting there will be no makeup tryout dates.
