Scituate recorded ten property deeds between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10, but only three carried disclosed sale prices, ranging from $700,000 to $1,435,338, with a median of $845,000. The top transaction was 338 Clapp Road, which sold for $1,435,338 on Sept. 18.
