Conservation Commission reappoints Snow as chair, Collins as vice chair in 6-0 votes

SCITUATE -- March 9, 2026, Scituate Conservation Commission voted 6-0 across the board Monday to reappoint leadership and approve a wetland-adjacent septic repair. Chair Frank Snow and Vice Chair Brendan Collins were re-elected unanimously at the March 9 remote session, with Penny Scott-Pipes retained as Community Preservation Committee delegate, Roger Carroll appointed as the new Coastal Advisory Committee liaison, and Robbie Burgess tapped for the Beach Commission, all 6-0. The board also issued a Negative 3 Determination for 49 Whittier Road, clearing a Title V septic repair and removal of an in-ground pool near wetlands for applicant Kenneth Heartwell, represented by Joe Webby of Webby Engineering.
