At the March 30 virtual meeting, the commission flagged deep concerns about a proposed raise-and-rebuild at 83 Rebecca Road, where applicants Lawrence and Colleen Wysocki seek to replace a circa-1920s 520-square-foot cottage with a structure roughly 29 percent larger in a coastal dune and FEMA velocity zone; members called the planned vertical lattice skirting and expanded deck footprint unacceptable, with member Penny saying "lattice, forget it, that's not happening," and continued the hearing to May 4. The commission voted unanimously to close hearings and issue orders for a pile-elevated rebuild at 20 Mitchell Ave. and a septic-relocation-plus-addition at 18 Indian Trail, and continued 30 Standish Ave. to April 15 pending planting details.
