Water Resources Commission Approves January Minutes

SCITUATE — Water Resources Commission unanimously approves prior meeting minutes. Chair Bruce Arbonies reported the water treatment plant is 95 percent complete on concrete work, while the Desalination Subcommittee finalized a revised RFP. The commission reviewed its original charge to identify improvements and received the 2025 annual report.

Liaison updates noted that 57 Summer Street in the Water Resources Protection District secured renovations approval despite size restrictions, and the Conservation Commission continues to focus on affordable dwelling unit conversations. The next meeting is scheduled for March 17.
