SCITUATE — Water Resources Commission approves February minutes and discusses water quality challenges. The commission unanimously approved amended February meeting minutes and addressed elevated TTHM levels, which again exceeded regulatory limits and prompted resident notification. The Desalination Subcommittee's RFP received approval, and members committed to mobilizing social media to promote the NSRWA rain barrel program.
Chair Bruce Arbonies will present planned bylaw changes regarding a 150-foot buffer around the Old Oaken Bucket property to the Planning and Zoning Board, with 18-20 Country Way falling within the new bylaw zone A.
