Select Board awards $502,423.61 in contracts, approves T.K. O'Malley's ownership transfer

Scituate Select Board approves $502,423 in service contracts. The board unanimously awarded five contracts including $75,000 to Zoll Medical Corporation for two cardiac monitors replacing aging 2017 units on ambulances, $59,879.08 to Jet Dock Systems for a modular floating dock lift to protect the Police Department's $700,000 marine patrol vessel from saltwater corrosion, and $169,544.53 to Turf Products for golf course maintenance equipment at Widow's Walk Golf Course. Board members also unanimously approved the transfer of T.K.
O'Malley's restaurant and liquor licenses from McCloskey Inc. to Scituate Hospitality LLC, with Austin O'Connor as principal owner and manager Richard Lenahan, who has managed the establishment for 32 years, continuing in his role.
