SCITUATE — Select Board approves zoning and stormwater bylaws amendments for town meeting. Chair Andrew W. Goodrich and the board voted on Articles 23 and 24 of the warrant; Article 23 sections 620.1 and 620.3 passed unanimously, while the revised section 620.4.D passed 4-1, with Nico Afanasenko opposing, citing deck-construction concerns in the R-3 zone.
Article 24 stormwater bylaw revisions passed unanimously after the Planning Board removed a "staking" section from the warrant language. The revised Article 24 moves to town meeting without the deleted provision.
