Scituate Beautification Commission approves November minutes, reviews spring spending. The commission discussed budget allocations totaling $12,600 in spring spending, including $2,000 for a rain filtration garden at the Otis pumping station to manage stormwater overflow. Treasurer Leslie Dienel outlined spending for railroad islands, landscaping projects, and merchant vouchers, with approximately $1,969.16 remaining through June.

The commission tabled T-shirt design and removal of holiday decorations to its March meeting.
