Planning Board continues two applications, approves purchases and prior minutes

Scituate Planning Board continues two applications pending further review. The board unanimously voted to defer the public hearing for a special permit at 21 Central and 7 Marshfield Avenue until September 10 while applicants complete Department of Environmental Protection waterways review. Board members also continued the Site Plan Administrative Review for 13 Ford Place to June 25 after the applicant failed to attend, directing Town Planner Karen Joseph to require completion of peer review comments and stormwater documentation before further progress.
The board approved $7,615.71 in peer review services and surety reimbursements and noted a 40B affordable housing application for 24 units, six affordable, filed for 210-218 First Parish Road.
