The board unanimously approved a continuance request for the development, setting the substantive public hearing for April 23, 2026, with an intermediate procedural continuance on March 26. Applicants South River Marina Realty, LLC, and Union Street Realty Trust, LLC, sought the delay to complete submission requirements for the two-parcel project at 21 Central Avenue and 7 Marshfield Avenue in the Humarock Village Residential Overlay District.
