SCITUATE — Planning Board defers 18-20 Country Way decision to June; requires applicant relief. The board voted unanimously to continue the Major Site Plan Administrative Review for applicant James Trenz's proposed multi-family building at 18-20 Country Way until June 25, pending completion of environmental remediation assessment and Zoning Board of Appeals relief for impervious coverage exceeding bylaw limits. Town Planner Karen Joseph identified numerous outstanding issues including stormwater discharge calculations, handicap access, parking screening, and floodplain boundaries.

In separate business, the board unanimously endorsed an Approval Not Required plan for Faceoff Holdings LLC to divide 48 Neal Gate Street into four lots and voted unanimously to remove Section C from the proposed Stormwater Bylaw ahead of Town Meeting.
