Scituate Planning Board unanimously advances zoning and stormwater bylaw changes for town meeting. The Board recommended modifications to Zoning Bylaw Section 620.4 governing deck and patio construction, establishing setback limits: structures 30 inches or lower may extend to property lines; those above 30 inches face 18-inch setback limits. The Board also recommended Stormwater General Bylaw amendments addressing permit applicability thresholds, with Section 4.A.2 language reverting to October 2025 regulations.
