Nine Scituate Property Sales Recorded in Late July and August, All Without Disclosed Prices
Nine Scituate properties changed hands between July 24 and Aug. 22, according to Plymouth County Registry of Deeds records, but none of the deeds disclosed a sale price, so no price range or median could be calculated for the period. Sales were spread across nine different streets with no overlap. Four of the nine transfers, at Elm Street, Curtis Street, Rebecca Road and First Parish Road, moved property between parties sharing the same family name, typically into or out of a trust. The remaining five deeds recorded transfers between unrelated buyers and sellers, including sales on Walnut Hill Drive, Michael Avenue, Gannett Road, Utility Road and Whittier Drive.
