The top sale was 5 Michael Ave at $2,650,000, sold by Christopher R. and Ann Carey Seitter to Angela and James Kelly. The remaining five transfers were recorded for nominal consideration, several involving matching surnames between seller and buyer, and are not counted as market sales. With a small number of priced transactions, the data shows no clear directional trend for Scituate's market this period.
