Nine Scituate deeds recorded in July, most with no listed price
The Plymouth County Registry of Deeds recorded nine Scituate property transfers between July 10 and Aug. 8, but only three included a disclosed sale price: $985 at 52 Highland Crossing, $925 at 6 Minot Light Ave. and $750 at 6 Wheeler Ave., a median of $925 among disclosed sales. Five of the nine transfers moved property between sellers and buyers or trusts sharing the same surname, including transfers at Aberdeen Drive, Branch Street, Country Way and Lighthouse Road. With two-thirds of recorded deeds carrying no disclosed price, the data offers limited insight into where local values stood this period.
