Most Scituate deeds recorded this month carry no disclosed price
Eight deeds recorded for Scituate properties between July 17 and Aug. 15, but only one listed a sale price: $985 for 52 Highland Crossing, sold to Robert and Kingsley Mastrogiacomo. With seven of eight transfers undisclosed, no market-representative price range or median could be calculated this period. Five transfers, including two on First Parish Road, show matching family names moving property into trusts rather than open-market sales. One property went to the town of Scituate. Deed records this period offer little visibility into actual sale prices, limiting what can be said about market tone.
