Scituate's Design Review Committee deferred decisions on two residential projects pending revisions. The committee reviewed 7 New Driftway, an 18-unit development at assessor's map 53-5-37F proposed by Seven New Driftway LLC with architect Michael Rossino of EMBR Architects, and requested modifications to exterior finishes, landscape design, and parking layout per Planning Board input. For 340 Gannett Road (DES Properties LLC), the DRC sought revised renderings showing trim and roof shingle colors to match Hardi Shingle finishes and detailed construction specifications before building permit issuance.
Both projects will return for review on October 6.
