Owner Steve Mooney requested a new appraisal and boundary revision, which Committee Chair Dan Fennelly recommended reviewing before any vote. The seven-member committee planned a site visit and future meeting with town officials to advance the acquisition.
The committee also discussed a Sunset Land acquisition expected to proceed through eminent domain to the October 19 Town Meeting and noted that Wampatuck School is expected to submit a CPC playground funding application by October 1.
