SCITUATE — Conservation Commission approves septic repair determination at Whittier Road. The six-member board voted unanimously to issue a Negative 3 Determination of Applicability for applicant Kenneth Heartwell's project, represented by Webby Engineering, clearing a Title V septic repair and pool-to-lawn conversion after the Board of Health approval. The Commission also held annual elections: Frank Snow retained the Chair, Brendan Collins was elected Vice Chair, Penny Scott-Pipes became CPC Delegate, Roger Carroll was designated Coastal Advisory Delegate, and Robbie Burgess was selected as Beach Commission Delegate, all by unanimous vote.
