Commission approves conditions for five residential construction projects

SCITUATE — Commission approves permits for five residential projects. The Conservation Commission on Monday closed public hearings and issued Orders of Conditions for five residential construction projects: an addition at 12 Gilson Road, an addition and septic repair at 37 Revere Street, a pool and cabana installation at 138 Stockbridge Road, and raze-and-rebuild projects at 61 Brook Street and 8 Newell Street. Conservation Agent Jennifer Smith reviewed each application.

Four other applications were continued to March or May for additional review, including a three-dwelling construction project at 90-96 Stockbridge Road deferred to May 18.
