Scituate Bicycle Committee reviews route development and community programming initiatives. Chair Nancy Werner and members Michael Bowler, Jeffrey Helm, Jonathan Belber, Sarah Das, and Skip Fernandes addressed bike route work stalled on First Parish and Country Way, with approximately 30,000 dollars remaining for quotes and an alternate Driftway route redesign. Five racks are installed in North Scituate with ten more pending at Cole Parkway.
Committee workstreams are pursuing spring rodeos on April 26 and September 12, 2026, a St. Patrick's Day parade bike spot, historical visitor center routes, and National Bike Month programming.
