Chair Stephen Irish announced the Trust is rescheduling with Scituate Housing Authority Director Deb Schwartz to align services. Member James Duff reported Habitat for Humanity has proposed collaborating on its "Brush with Kindness" repair program for seniors and disabled residents, though the Trust currently has no available lots.
The Trust's proposed Stockbridge Road group home remains in environmental review, with consultants distributing questionnaires to town departments due by March 24th; the Trust still owns the property pending transfer to the nonprofit developer.
